We experienced an issue with our notification system that prevented some new users from receiving welcome emails upon registration.

Impact:
• New users who signed up during this period may not have received their welcome email
• Account access and functionality were not affected
• All other notification types (appointment reminders, payment confirmations) continued working normally

Resolution:
We identified and resolved a configuration issue with our notification service provider (Novu). The system is now operating normally, and we're monitoring all email deliveries closely.
