Between October 5-6, 2025, our automated expert payout system encountered a technical issue that prevented some payouts from being processed to expert Stripe Connect accounts.

Impact:
• Expert payouts were delayed but not lost
• All pending payments have been successfully processed
• No financial data was compromised

Resolution:
We identified and resolved a configuration issue in our payment transfer system. All affected payouts have been completed, and we've implemented additional monitoring to prevent similar issues in the future.
